The school has fantastic facilities with lots of outdoor space with a range of sensory activities. In this role, you will work closely with classroom teachers to support a pupil with additional learning needs in their Early Years. You will assist pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to help them access the curriculum, build confidence, and thrive in their educational environment. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs across EYFS Assist in adapting classroom resources and activities to suit individual learning plans (IEPs).
