We are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Ashford, Kent on a full-time, permanent basis starting in September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children''s learning and development within a positive and inclusive school environment.

The successful candidate will:

• Support pupils in the classroom to help them achieve their full potential

• Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging learning activities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support where required

• Encourage positive behaviour and pupil engagement

• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents

• Demonstrate patience, flexibility and a proactive approach

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A positive, nurturing and adaptable attitude

• A commitment to supporting children''s academic and personal development
