The school are seeking a Teaching Assistant who will:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to encourage progress and confidence.
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
• Help create a calm, structured and supportive learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
• Assist with classroom preparation and learning resources.

To be considered for this role you should ideally have a level of experience working with children or young people, preferably within SEN, SEMH or education. Be able to demonstrate a patient, resilient and caring approach, alongside good communication skills with both students and staff.

You must have both English and Maths GCSE''s (Grade C/4 or above) or the equivalent to be considered and a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
