Long-Term Teaching Assistant Opportunities - Birmingham & Surrounding Areas

We are currently recruiting long-term, full-time Teaching Assistants to support schools across Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Wolverhampton, and surrounding areas.

Whether you are looking for work immediately or from September 2026, we would be pleased to hear from you.

To be considered, you will need:

• A Level 2 or above child-related qualification (or equivalent)
• At least 6 months experience working in a UK-based school, or
• A relevant degree that is transferable to education support roles
• A strong commitment to supporting children''s learning and development

• Supporting teachers within the classroom
• Working 1:1 or with small groups of pupils
• Assisting with learning activities and behaviour support
• Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
