We are currently seeking dedicated, enthusiastic, and committed Teaching Assistants for long-term, full-time positions across Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Wolverhampton, and the surrounding areas.

Whether you are available to start immediately or are planning ahead for September 2026, we would love to hear from you.

To be considered for these opportunities, you should have:

• A Level 2 qualification in a child-related field (or equivalent)
• At least 6 months of experience working within a UK school setting, or a relevant degree related to education or classroom support
• A genuine passion for supporting children''s learning, development, and wellbeing
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
• Working with pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
• Assisting with learning activities and behaviour management
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Encouraging pupils to achieve their full potential
