We are currently recruiting for a full - time Teaching Assistant to join a lovely school in a small village on the outskirts of Stafford. You will be required to be available for a full 5 day working week - Monday to Friday and the hours you will be expected to work are 8:30am - 15:30pm, you will be working through an agency on a temporary basis. You will be supporting a mixed Year 1 & Year 2 class, predominantly supporting a young girl on a 1:1 basis where needed. Your duties include providing ongoing support to the class teacher on a daily basis, assisting the teacher in delivering stimulating and enriching lessons in an environment where every child feels fulfilled. Your duties may also range to supporting an individual pupil within the classroom who needs some additional support. You must be confident in building trusting and valuable relationships with both staff and pupils.
