These are full-time, long-term positions with the opportunity for a permanent role for the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN, helping them access learning and feel included

• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons

• Encouraging pupils to develop confidence, independence, and social skills

• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Working closely with the SENCO and wider school team to meet individual needs

What We’re Looking For

• A caring and resilient individual with a passion for supporting children with SEN

• Experience working with children is an advantage, but not essential – a positive attitude is key

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• A genuine commitment to helping every child succeed
