Teaching and Learning Support Assistant - Location: Cannock - Start Date: September 2026We are currently recruiting for experienced Teaching and Learning Support Assistant''s to join a range of our partner schools in Cannock and Rugeley. The roles are open to day-to-day supply, short-term and longer-term supply roles. You will be working through a trusted, established agency on a temporary basis.We are seeking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join us! As a Teaching and Learning Support Assistant you will be working within a range of school settings supporting individuals/small groups of pupils under the direction of teaching staff. Their may be opportunities to take the lead for some learning activities within the overall teaching plan.The Role Includes:Working for a reputable education agency - Academics.Working collaboratively alongside staff, parents and children - ensuring a smooth, pleasant learning experience for all.Short-term/long-term and day-to-day cover opportunities working within a variety of Ket Stages within the areas of Cannock and Rugeley.Implementing planned learning activities/teaching programmes, adjusting activities according to pupils'' responses.Support pupils with social and emotional well-being, understanding and supporting independent learning.Confidence in supporting pupils with SEN needs - this may be on a more 1:1 basis where required.We are looking for someone who:Experience supporting a primary classroom environment.Obtains ..... full job details .....
