Teaching and Learning Manager

Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: £45,000 – £48,000

The Role

As Teaching and Learning Manager, you will:

  • Lead and develop a team of tutors and trainers across West Yorkshire

  • Conduct lesson observations, providing constructive feedback and coaching

  • Monitor performance, ensuring all provision meets and exceeds Ofsted standards

  • Drive continuous improvement through data-led decision-making

  • Lead on curriculum development and learner engagement strategies

  • Ensure compliance with all funding and quality frameworks

  • Be the go-to person for operational and academic leadership across centres

About You

  • A Level 5+ teaching or education-related qualification (essential)

  • Proven experience in educational management, ideally across multiple sites

  • Expertise in lesson observation, quality improvement, and coaching

  • Strong understanding of Ofsted inspection frameworks

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Willingness to travel across sites regularly

  • (Desirable) Knowledge of e-portfolio systems such as OneFile and The Matrix Standard
