Working collaboratively with curriculum, quality and leadership teams, you will play a key role in supporting and evaluating the organisation''s TLA strategy to drive continuous improvement in teaching practice and learner outcomes.You will provide coaching, mentoring and professional development support to teaching staff, while contributing to the planning, delivery and evaluation of CPD and other staff development activities. The role also supports self-assessment, quality improvement planning and inspection readiness, helping to implement and monitor actions that enhance teaching, learning and assessment across the organisation.As our Coach, you will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding teaching, learning and assessment (feedback via observations).
