Working collaboratively with curriculum, quality and leadership teams, you will play a key role in supporting and evaluating the organisation’s TLA strategy to drive continuous improvement in teaching practice and learner outcomes. You will provide coaching, mentoring and professional development support to teaching staff, while contributing to the planning, delivery and evaluation of CPD and other staff development activities.
