We are seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our multi-site Alternative Provision. This is a vital role working with pupils aged 5-16 who require a different approach to education-one rooted in trauma-informed practice, patience, and high expectations. The Role Our pupils all have additional Social, Emotional, or Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and many have further SEND requirements. Because many of our young people have experienced adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), their journey back into education requires a specialist touch. Key Responsibilities: Specialist Curriculum Delivery: Lead on the delivery of The King''s Trust programmes and Travel and Tourism qualifications, providing pupils with practical, engaging, and vocational pathways to success.Bridging the Gaps: Planning and delivering lessons that address significant gaps in knowledge and lower levels of prior attainment caused by periods of absence from mainstream school.Literacy and Numeracy Focus: Supporting pupils who may have difficulties with reading and writing, ensuring they regain confidence and fundamental skills.Adaptive Teaching: Tailoring your approach to meet the unique ..... full job details .....
