This alternative provision in Walsall is looking to appoint a committed Teacher to lead a Key Stage 3 class.As a teacher at this school, you will work with a small class of students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, many of whom have experienced difficulties within mainstream education. You will deliver engaging and differentiated lessons while creating a calm, structured and supportive environment where students can rebuild confidence and re-engage with learning. This role requires a teacher who is happy teaching across the curriculum and differentiating lessons to meet different ability levels.The school offers an outstanding support structure, with experienced Teaching Assistants, pastoral teams and senior leaders working closely together to support both students and staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about helping young people achieve positive outcomes and who is looking to develop further within a specialist setting.
