This role is not a traditional classroom based position. You will work closely with young people on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, both within our education provision and across our residential settings, delivering tailored and meaningful learning experiences. You will play a key role in re-engaging young people with education, supporting their personal development, and helping them achieve positive outcomes despite complex backgrounds.
