Teacher - Ofsted Registered Children''s Residential Home Job Title: Teacher Location: Eastbourne Salary: 30,000 - 36,000 (term-time only) About The Role: We are looking for a passionate and resilient Teacher to join SuperCare and support children and young people with complex needs, including SEN and SEMH. This role is not a traditional classroom based position. You will work closely with young people on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, both within our education provision and across our residential settings, delivering tailored and meaningful learning experiences. You will play a key role in re-engaging young people with education, supporting their personal development, and helping them achieve positive outcomes despite complex backgrounds. Key Responsibilities: As a Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging and tailored lessons in 1:1 and small group settings Plan, assess and review individualised units of work across the curriculum Support the personal development and behaviour management of young people in a SEN and SEMH setting Take ownership of learning environments and confidently manage and engage young people Work with children and young people aged 5 to 18 with a wide range of complex mental health and educational needs Contribute to EHCP reviews, educational meetings and reporting Support educational administration and maintain accurate records Work closely with residential care staff to support a consistent and holistic approach to each young person Adapt quickly in a ..... full job details .....
