This role is for a qualified teacher who understands that not all young people are able to thrive in mainstream-school settings and benefit from the small group nurturing approach that an alternative learning provision can provide. We are a mentoring and learning service for young people and are seeking a teacher who can deliver English, Maths to a basic level (up to equivalent Grade 4 GCSE) and PSHE for our secondary and post 16 learners up to Functional Skillls L2. The successful candidate will work 9am-3pm, Monday to Friday with no expectation to work from home or complete the additional administration expected in schools. You will have free time in the day for development assessment - you will have a work-life balance again!
