Working closely with teaching assistants, care staff, families and other professionals, you will create a safe and supportive environment where every student can thrive and succeed. What you will be doing Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs and abilities. Monitoring, assessing and reporting on student progress and achievement. Developing and reviewing individual education, behaviour and support plans. Creating a positive, stimulating and well-organised learning environment. Supporting students to develop independence, resilience and self-regulation skills.
