Our leading Alternative Provision (AP) in Blackpool is seeking a Teacher (Qualified or Unqualified) to join our team.This is a Temp to Perm position. You will start via a trial period, allowing you to ensure the school is the right fit for you before transitioning onto a permanent contract. You will be teaching small groups of students (KS3/KS4) who have complex Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and may have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).Key ResponsibilitiesEngaging Delivery: Plan and deliver core or vocational subjects to students who have been excluded from mainstream education.Relationship Building: Use a trauma-informed approach to re-engage Blackpool learners and manage classroom dynamics.SEMH Specialist: Work alongside the SENCO to deliver specific interventions outlined in EHCP documents.Progress Tracking: Monitor and celebrate the small wins that lead to big breakthroughs for our pupils.What We Are Looking ForWe welcome applications from Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTLS) and Unqualified Teachers with a strong background in youth work, trades, or sports coaching.Experience: Previous work ..... full job details .....
