Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lessons in vocational studies to pupils across a wide age and ability range.
• Plan, prepare and assess work in line with school policies, ensuring strong academic and pastoral outcomes.
• Maintain excellent standards of behaviour in the classroom through consistent implementation of policy.
• Create a welcoming, stimulating learning environment.
• Develop schemes of learning and contribute to the strategic growth of vocational studies.
• Act as an effective Form Tutor, supporting the pastoral needs of your group and maintaining strong communication with parents.
• Work closely with colleagues, leadership and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for learners.
• Manage day-to-day challenges with creativity, professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
