A secondary school in London is looking for an enthusiastic Teacher of Spanish to join its MFL department from November 2026.This is a full-time temporary maternity cover position and would suit an experienced Spanish Teacher, MFL Teacher or languages teacher with QTS and ability to teach A level and GCSE Spanish.About the Role: Teacher of Spanish - LondonYou will teach Spanish across the relevant secondary year groups, creating lessons that are engaging, purposeful and accessible to students of different abilities.The role will involve:Planning and delivering enjoyable, well-structured Spanish lessons across KS3 and KS4. Helping students develop their speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. Creating a positive classroom where students feel confident participating and making mistakes as they learn. Monitoring progress and using assessment and feedback to help students improve. Adapting lessons and resources to meet the needs of individual learners, including students with SEND. Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, effort and achievement. Building positive relationships with students and encouraging them to take pride in their learning.
