Part-Time Teacher of Science - Wirral Secondary School Pay: Up to 232.56 per day (depending on experience) Days: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (potential to become full-time) Start: Long-term positionTradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with a secondary school in Wirral who are seeking a part-time Teacher of Science to join their team. This long-term role is an excellent opportunity for a committed Science specialist who is passionate about delivering high-quality lessons and raising attainment across Key Stage 3 (KS3), Key Stage 4 (KS4) and Key Stage 5 (KS5).The Role:Teaching Science across KS3, KS4 and KS5 to mixed-ability groupsPlanning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirementsMonitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing constructive feedbackWorking collaboratively with the Science department and wider school communityManaging classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning environmentRequirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalentStrong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry and PhysicsPrevious secondary school teaching experience (KS3-KS5 desirable)Excellent classroom management and organisational skillsA passion for inspiring young people in ScienceWhy Tradewind Recruitment?Competitive daily pay rates (up to 232.56 per day)Access to over 2,500 CPD courses, webinars and resources via our partnership with the National College.
