Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Northampton that is looking to appoint a committed Teacher of Maths. The school is ideally seeking a permanent appointment, though they are also open to fixed-term or long-term supply arrangements depending on what suits the right candidate.

The Role:

• Teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 available depending on experience
• Planning and delivering lessons that are engaging, structured, and adapted to different ability levels
• Supporting students to build confidence and strengthen their problem-solving skills
• Working collaboratively within a supportive Maths department
• Contributing to wider school life, including intervention sessions, revision support, and enrichment activities such as STEM clubs

What We''re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) in Mathematics
• Strong knowledge of the GCSE Maths curriculum
• A genuine passion for helping students succeed and enjoy Maths
• Organised, adaptable, and confident in the classroom
• A positive team player willing to contribute beyond the classroom
