The Role

You will:

• Teach Maths across the appropriate secondary age range.
• Plan and deliver well-structured lessons.
• Monitor student progress and adapt teaching accordingly.
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
• Work collaboratively with the Maths department.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school.
• Support students to develop confidence and independence in mathematics.

Requirements

• QTS is essential.
• Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
• Secondary school teaching experience.
• Ability to plan and deliver effective lessons.
• Strong classroom management.
• Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.

The position is initially offered as long-term cover, with permanent employment potentially available for the right candidate.
