Teacher of Maths to A Level

Teacher of Maths to A Level (This is a permanent full-time post) Essential Criteria 1. An Honours Degree with Maths as the main component at 2.2 level or above. 2. A secondary level teaching qualification in Maths as recognised by the Department of Education by 31 August 2026. 3. A minimum of one year''s experience of teaching Maths to GCSE Level (on placement or post qualification). 4. A clear written statement of how you can support the College''s integrated and inclusive ethos. 5. Ability and willingness to contribute to the extracurricular Maths and/or sporting life of the school. Desirable Criteria 1. Experience of teaching A Level Maths (on placement or post qualification). 2. Ability and willingness to teach other subjects. (Please specify). Subject teachers are expected to adhere to DENI''s Terms and Conditions. Maths Department The Maths Department is comprised of 11 teachers. The staff are enthusiastic and work very well as a team. All staff are encouraged to be reflective in their teaching and share good practice. During Key Stage 3 we teach students of all abilities. Classes are set according to their mathematical ability.
