This post will involve teaching Health and Social Care across key stage 4 and key stage 5.We can offer:Opportunities across our MAT to enhance skills and experience at both primary and secondary levelExceptional CPD provision including working with national and international experts in their fielda supportive working environment and team ethosfriendly, enthusiastic children.Key Responsibilities:To develop, plan and deliver effective and high-quality learning experiences for all students they teach.Be accountable for the learning and achievement of all students they teach.To liaise with teaching colleagues across the school to support strategic development, share good practice and plan collaborative activities.The successful candidate will:Have experience teaching across key stage 3 and 4. Applications from newly qualified teachers are also welcomeBe a consistently good/outstanding teacherBe an exceptional classroom practitioner with high expectations of both learning and behaviourAble to inspire, motivate and enthuse pupilsCommitted to raising standards for all and share the same drive to constantly learn and improveShow willingness to lead initiatives and show evidence of impact.Demonstrate a passion to make a difference to othersTo be proficient with the use of technology for learning and have a willingness to innovate.We pride ourselves on being an employer of choice where all staff can thrive.
