£25,688 - £40,497 (DOE) plus incentive bonus of up to £2,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, forward-thinking Teacher of Health and Social Care with energy, intellectual capacity, and determination to join our successful and popular department, making a difference to the lives, aspirations, and opportunities of our young people.

Applicants must have experience teaching a range of BTEC Health and Social Care qualifications and possess creative strategies to support the learning environment.If successful, you will join our academy and trust-wide supportive learning environment, characterized by open management, with the assurance of full support from our pragmatic (and down-to-earth) leadership team.We boast fantastic facilities, including Apple technologies, to support cutting-edge learning strategies for continuous improvement.Brompton Academy, part of the University of Kent Academies Trust, is an oversubscribed and highly popular academy with a current Ofsted rating of Good and a 400+ adult learner education program.Due to social distancing guidelines, visits to the academy are not currently possible.
