Teacher of Design Technology

Empowering Learning is looking to appoint a motivated and innovative DT teacher initially on a temporary basis but this has the potential to go permanent for the right person, You will take a lead role in developing and strengthening a successful department. This role is ideal for someone with a solid Design Technology background who is passionate about improving outcomes, engaging students, and positively shaping young people''s future pathways.Based within a secondary school in Oxfordshire, you will have a central role in influencing curriculum delivery and teaching practice across the department. You will support students in developing both theoretical understanding and hands-on skills that support progression into further education or employment.
