TLTP are currently working with an OFSTED rated “Good” primary school in Eltham. The school are looking to recruit a Teacher of The Deaf to start permanently in September 2026.

*** Planning and marking expected for this role

*** QTS Required

*** Experience in BSL is essential

Teacher Of the Deaf:

This Teacher of the Deaf role is set to begin in September 2026. There is a teaching assistant based in the class to help support classroom behaviour and general learning and understanding of students. The school are looking for someone to land on their feet with the role, with previous experience in BSL being essential.

The school:

This primary school is based in Greenwich. The school provides education for children from the age of 3 up to 11. This school is known to have an enthusiastic, positive environment for both staff and students alike. The school holds high expectations for their staff. The school offer on-site parking as well as strong transport links for those that would be commuting via public transport. The school require you to have an extensive knowledge of the curriculum and be able to cater to the different learning needs within the class and styles of learning.
