Teacher of Animal Studies

We are working with a college that are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Temporary Lecturer in Animal Studies to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced animal studies professional or lecturer to support our students through high-quality teaching, practical learning and assessment. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of our Animal Studies curriculum and help students develop the knowledge, practical skills and professional behaviours required for progression into further study or employment within the animal sector. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive and high-quality lessons in Animal Studies. Support students with both theoretical and practical aspects of their studies. Assess and provide constructive feedback on student work. Monitor student progress and provide appropriate support and guidance. Contribute to course planning, development and quality assurance. Maintain accurate records relating to teaching, assessment and student progress. Promote safe working practices and ensure relevant health and safety procedures are followed. Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide an excellent student experience. About You We are looking for someone who: Has relevant knowledge, qualifications and/or industry experience in Animal Studies or a related subject.
