The Role As an SEN Teacher, you will support pupils with a variety of additional needs, delivering engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning styles and abilities. You may work with students with: Autism (ASC) SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs) ADHD Speech and Language Needs Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties Complex Needs Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) EHCPs and additional support requirements Responsibilities Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons. Adapt learning to meet the individual needs of pupils. Track progress and contribute to EHCP reviews and target setting. Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment. Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, parents, and external professionals. Support pupils'' academic, social, and emotional development.
