The Post We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and caring teacher with a strong commitment to excellence in teaching and learning. The successful candidate will: Demonstrate, or show clear potential to develop, high-quality teaching in line with the Teachers'' Standards, with a focus on securing good progress and outcomes for all pupils. Have secure (or developing) subject and curriculum knowledge across Key Stage 2, with the ability to plan and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons supported by high-quality schemes and resources. Use assessment effectively (with guidance and support where appropriate) to inform teaching and respond to pupils'' needs. Create a positive, safe and stimulating learning environment, underpinned by high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
