Temporary Full-Time Teacher in Springboard Location: Further Education College, Greater Manchester Contract: 1st June - 19th June 2026 Salary: 30-35 per hour Eden Brown are seeking a passionate and dynamic teacher to join the Springboard programme at a leading FE college in Greater Manchester. This is a short-term, full-time opportunity to make a real impact, supporting students in their learning and development. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in line with the Springboard curriculum including Maths, English and Employability Support student progress, providing guidance and feedback Maintain high standards of classroom management and safeguarding Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment Requirements: Experience teaching in an FE setting or relevant educational background Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt quickly and engage students effectively Passion for supporting learners to achieve their potential A DBS is also required for this role.
