      <description>Location: Bolton | Salary: &amp;pound;53586 - &amp;pound;57699/annum | Type: Permanent | Head of Department (Pathway Three)      Salary: Up to -57,699     This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced education professional who is passionate about curriculum development and driving high teaching standards.     Key Responsibilities:      Operate as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.   Lead the development, implementation and review of the curriculum.   Manage, mentor and develop teaching staff, including ECTs.   Monitor teaching and learning standards and support continuous improvement.   Ensure compliance with legislation, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.   Work closely with therapists and wider professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes for pupils.
