GSL Education are currently recruiting enthusiastic and committed Teacher to work in a variety of schools across Barnsley. As a Teacher, you’ll assess progress, manage classroom behaviour, and collaborate with colleagues and parents to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities as a Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to a diverse range of learners.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leaders to support pupil achievement.
• Contribute to wider school life, including extracurricular and enriching activities.

Requirements for Teacher:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
• Proven teaching experience in a school setting.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A genuine passion for education and student development.
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• A full CV covering the last 10 years with any gaps explained.
