GSL Education are currently recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Teacher to join a vibrant school in Worthing. This full-time, long-term position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is dedicated to delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.

Responsibilities as a Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of your pupils.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with support staff, SENCOs, and parents to promote pupil success.
• Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in planning and development.

Requirements for the Teacher role:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK is mandatory.
• Proven classroom teaching experience in a primary or secondary setting is desirable.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• A full CV covering the past 10 years, with all employment gaps explained.
