Your Responsibilities:
- Assisting teachers in delivering interactive lessons and fostering a positive, welcoming classroom environment
- Supporting students one-on-one or in small groups to enhance their learning and build confidence
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour by promoting positive attitudes and respectful conduct
- Offering administrative support to ensure lessons run efficiently and effectively
What Weandrsquo;re Seeking:
- A true passion for helping students grow academically and personally
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster positive connections with both pupils and colleagues
- Flexibility, patience, and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Experience working with children is advantageous but not required
- A strong desire to learn, develop, and progress within the education field
