Your Role Will Include:
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere
- Providing one-to-one or small group support to help students achieve their goals
- Encouraging good behaviour and mutual respect among pupils
- Offering organisational and administrative support to ensure smooth lesson delivery

- Has excellent communication skills and enjoys building positive relationships
- Brings patience, flexibility, and a proactive attitude to their work
- Ideally has experience working with children (though this is not essential)
