Your Role Will Include:


  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere
  • Providing one-to-one or small group support to help students achieve their goals
  • Encouraging good behaviour and mutual respect among pupils
  • Offering organisational and administrative support to ensure smooth lesson delivery

  • Is passionate about supporting childrenandrsquo;s academic and personal development
  • Has excellent communication skills and enjoys building positive relationships
  • Brings patience, flexibility, and a proactive attitude to their work
  • Ideally has experience working with children (though this is not essential)
  • Is eager to grow and develop a career in education
