Key Stage 2 Teacher

Location: Gravesend area
Start Date: October 2026
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
Contract: Full-time

We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and experienced Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our team from October 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to creating a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum

• Supporting pupils'' academic, social and emotional development

• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Assessing and monitoring pupils'' progress

• Working collaboratively with colleagues and supporting the wider school community

• Maintaining high standards of behaviour, safeguarding and pupil wellbeing

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential

• Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2

• Has a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum

• Is enthusiastic, organised and committed to achieving excellent outcomes for pupils

• Has excellent communication and classroom management skills

• Works well as part of a team and builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents/carers

Applicants must have a fully enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to pay for and complete a new enhanced DBS check prior to commencing the role.
