The school is committed to providing a structured, supportive, and highly personalised learning environment where every child is given the opportunity to thrive.They are now seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Teacher with QTS to join their team.The Role:As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of your pupils. You will work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure each child receives a holistic and consistent approach to their education and development.Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver creative, personalised lessons to pupils with ASC and complex SENAdapt teaching strategies to meet a wide range of learning needs and abilitiesCreate a structured and nurturing classroom environmentWork collaboratively with LSAs, SENCOs, and external professionalsMonitor and assess pupil progress, setting realistic and meaningful targetsSupport students with communication, social interaction, and emotional regulationThe Ideal Candidate:Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essentialExperience working within SEN, particularly ASC and/or complex needs (desirable)Patient, resilient, and adaptable in ..... full job details .....
