Tax Senior

RECfinancial are currently shortlisting for this highly regarded Leicester based Practice, offering a chance to join a growing and collaborative Corporate Tax team as a Tax Senior. This Corporate Tax role goes beyond routine compliance, providing meaningful exposure to a diverse client base and a wide range of projects.

Working with owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and larger corporate groups, you’ll play a key role in delivering both high-quality compliance and commercially focused tax advice. This is an ideal position for someone looking to deepen their technical expertise while building strong client relationships and build or expand their advisory experience.

What you’ll be doing as the Tax Senior

• Managing a varied portfolio of corporate clients, acting as a trusted point of contact
• Preparing and reviewing corporate tax computations and returns with a high level of accuracy
• Supporting and contributing to advisory projects including restructures, transactions and share schemes
• Researching complex tax issues and translating findings into clear advice
• Drafting technical reports, tax clearances, and client communications
• Working closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver integrated tax solutions
• Building strong client relationships and proactively identifying planning opportunities

About you as the Tax Senior

• CTA, ACA, ATT or ACCA qualified (or recently qualified)
• Experience in corporate or mixed tax within a professional services environment
• Strong grounding in corporate tax compliance, with an interest in advisory work
• Curious, analytical, and commercially minded
• Confident communicator, able to explain technical matters clearly
• Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities
