Lead and support on business and share reorganisations, including incorporations  Provide restructuring advice and develop tax-efficient strategies aligned to client objectives Advise on share-related matters, including share rights, purchase of own shares, and ownership structures (including EMI schemes) Deliver SPA advisory work, including accounting input and tax due diligence Prepare and manage HMRC clearance applications Support clients with exit strategies, including Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) planning Advise on structuring businesses for growth, scalability, and risk mitigation Share valuation experience is advantageous, but not e...
