Tax Senior

Meraki Talent is recruiting for a Tax Senior to join a well-established and growing professional services firm. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative tax team that values development, knowledge-sharing, and long-term career progression. You will manage a varied portfolio of personal tax clients, including sole traders and directors of owner-managed businesses, with exposure to more complex and high-value cases as you develop in the role. The Role: Preparation and review of Self-Assessment personal tax returns Completion of P11Ds, advice on benefits in kind, and preparation of PAYE Settlement Agreements Producing Capital Gains Tax calculations, including UK Property CGT returns Liaising with internal teams, clients, and HMRC via phone, email, and written correspondence Supporting ad-hoc tax queries and contributing to wider tax projects Skills and Experience: ATT qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience Previous experience in a personal tax or mixed tax role Strong technical knowledge across personal tax, partnership tax, and Capital Gains Tax Confidence supporting and mentoring junior team members Experience using CCH is advantageous, though training can be provided Exposure to advisory work for owner-managed businesses (including IHT, CGT, Income Tax, and Corporation Tax) is desirable but not essential Culture and Values: This firm is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive working environment where individuals are ..... full job details .....
