Tax Senior Wilmslow Up to £45,000 (dep on exp) benefits Full-time, Permanent Job Description: An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tax Senior to join a growing and supportive accountancy practice. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse client base, ranging from sole traders to high-net-worth individuals and owner-managed businesses. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality personal tax services while supporting wider advisory work and building strong client relationships. The role involves:Managing a portfolio of personal tax clients, including high-net-worth individuals, directors and business ownersPreparing and reviewing self-assessment tax returns, supporting junior team members where requiredProviding tax advice across areas such as capital gains tax, VAT and aspects of corporation taxSupporting senior team members with advisory projects and technical tax queriesLiaising with HMRC and handling client correspondence effectivelyMeeting with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutionsYou ll need:Previous experience in personal tax within a UK accountancy practiceATT qualified, part-qualified CTA or qualified by experienceBroad awareness of UK tax areas beyond personal taxStrong attention to detail and a proactive approachConfidence in dealing directly with clients and supporting colleaguesExperience with IRIS software is advantageous but not essential If this sounds like the perfect role for you then ..... full job details .....
