Advising privately owned businesses, wealthy individuals, families and their businesses and private equity backed portfolio companies on managing their company tax affairsProactively assist in the management of clients, developing significant market relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersCollaborating across the firm when delivering complex projects / eventsMaintaining an expert level of relevant tax knowledge (both UK and overseas), including changes in tax law and legislationThis role is for you ifMust possess an ACA and/or CTA qualification (or international equivalent)Relevant and up-to-date UK tax knowledge - experience of tax issues facing privately or family owned businesses, private equity portfolio companies and business ownersVaried experience of more complex tax issues facing privately or family-owned businesses, private equity portfolio companies and business ownersProject management skills - able to assist in the management of several complex client projectsExcellent written communication - including reports, technical memo drafting, carrying out analysis and producing deliverablesWhat You’ll Receive From Us
