Tax Partner

As Tax Partner, you will play a pivotal leadership role, working with both personal and corporate clients to advise on complex tax issues and contribute to the strategic growth of the tax practice. You will lead a specialist team, build and maintain high-quality client relationships, and support business development activities. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a varied portfolio of personal and corporate clients, providing strategic insight and technical tax solutions. Advise on areas including shareholder and succession planning, restructuring, property and investment tax matters. Lead, mentor and develop the tax team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence and continuous improvement. Contribute to business development efforts and help raise the profile of the tax practice, supporting growth objectives. Ensure that the tax team delivers both compliance and advisory services to a high standard. What you will bring CTA-qualified (or equivalent) with extensive experience advising personal and corporate clients (UK tax legislation) in a senior role. Excellent technical knowledge of UK tax, including advisory issues. Strong commercial acumen, with proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
