The Role

As Personal Tax Manager, you will lead the personal tax function locally, managing a diverse portfolio including high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), directors, and complex trusts. You will blend top-tier advisory work with oversight of compliance delivery, supported by a team you’ll directly mentor and guide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management: Direct oversight of a large client portfolio, delivering tailored tax planning and advisory solutions.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and upskill a dedicated team of personal tax staff, driving quality and professional growth.
• Advisory & Compliance: Act as the lead technical expert on complex personal tax advisory projects while maintaining seamless compliance standards.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and business owners.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: Ideally CTA, ATT qualified, or equivalent by experience.
• Experience: Proven background in personal tax, with strong hands-on capability across both compliance and advisory.
• Skills: sharp analytical thinking, confident leadership, and a track record of team mentoring.
