Interim Group Tax Manager - 3-4 Month ContractRobert Half are delighted to share an exciting opportunity for an experienced Group Tax Manager to join a highly visible and strategic in-house role within a large corporate group.This position sits within the Tax and Corporate Structuring team, which is responsible for managing the tax affairs and corporate structure of the Group and its funds. The team oversees tax planning, compliance, and reporting while also owning and implementing the Group''s tax strategy.This is a broad, commercially focused role where you''ll work closely with Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Property and Development, Estates, and senior leadership, acting as a trusted tax advisor across the organisation.Start: ASAPDuration: 3-4 months initiallyRate: Competitive daily rate (discussed on application)Location: Bristol-based business, with occasional travel to Bristol required (frequency to be confirmed)The RoleLead the Group''s tax policy, governance framework, and Board reportingAct as the primary advisor to the CFO and Executive team on tax risk, compliance, and strategic mattersOwn relationships with HMRC and external advisersOversee corporation tax compliance, filings, reporting, and tax disclosures across the Group and its entitiesProvide tax support on transactions, restructurings, property activity, and financingMonitor legislative changes and assess business impactSupport corporate simplification initiatives and drive process improvement and automation ..... full job details .....
