Tax Manager/ Assistant Manager Job OverviewPreparation and submission of Corporate Tax returns (CT600)Preparation and review of corporation tax computationsManaging a portfolio of around 150 clients, acting as the main point of contact for tax mattersAdvising on group structures, group relief, associated companies, capital allowances, and other relevant tax planning areasEnsuring compliance with all UK tax legislation and HMRC regulationsBuilding strong client relationships through clear, timely, and proactive communicationIdentifying opportunities for efficiencies and value-added services

Tax Manager/ Assistant Manager Job RequirementsProven experience in corporate tax, ideally within an accountancy practiceStrong technical knowledge of UK tax rules, especially relating to groups, reliefs, and allowancesExperience managing a client portfolio of varying sizes and industriesExcellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approachATT/CTA qualification (or working towards) preferred but not essential

Tax Manager/ Assistant Manager Salary and Benefits£40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependant on skills and experience)Working hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week.Holiday Package: 26 days annual leave + bank holidaysOnsite parkingPension
