Provide expert tax guidance in the UK.Ensure timely and accurate tax payments and return submissions for all UK entities.Prepare and reconcile corporate and deferred tax calculations for accurate financial reporting.Maintain tax asset registers and schedules to ensure compliance with UK tax legislation.Identify potential tax risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance.Manage UK tax audits and investigations for direct and indirect taxes.Support external audits by assisting auditors with tax-related matters.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Law; Chartered Accountant is nice to have.At least five years of experience in taxation.Mining, Energy or Heavy industry experience is nice to have.Skills

Strong knowledge of UK tax laws, international tax principles, and dispute resolution.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.Effective communication, networking, and teamwork abilities.Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.The Rewards
