A professional with experience in Corporate Tax. You will be an organised, meticulous individual who thrives in working in an ever-changing environment.What you’ll be doing day-to-day
Key responsibilities and tasks include:Preparation of all UK companies tax computations and returns using AlphataxSupporting the tax provision process for half year and year end reporting which is under IFRS, including liaising with external auditorsSupporting the process for quarterly tax paymentsSupporting the quarterly VAT submissionsPartnering with local finance teams across UK and Europe, ensuring accurate tax accounting entries for group reporting and local entities, including corporation tax, transfer pricing, VAT, RandD tax credits, patent box and other ad hoc matters as required.Providing support to UK and European finance teams on tax compliance matters.Supporting tax governance frameworks including SAO and CCOWhat you’ll need
Strong corporate tax backgroundPrevious experience as a Tax Accountant in a UK business – bonus points if there is an international presenceGreat interpersonal skills, and an ability to work on your ownExcellent business partnering skills and ability to work with people of all levelsExcellent organisational and time management skillsAdept at dealing with change and ambiguityAlphatax experience (or a similar system)What we offer
